What is A3 Tunes?
A3 Tunes is India's DIY music distribution platform designed for independent artists and labels to release music across major streaming platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, JioSaavn, and more.
Who is A3 Tunes meant for?
From solo artists to small labels, A3 Tunes is ideal for anyone creating original music in any supported language or genre.
What are the subscription plans available?
You can start distributing your music for just ₹1 per day — ₹365/year under the Startup Plan. More advanced plans are available based on your distribution and support requirements. Visit the Pricing tab on www.a3tunes.com for details.
What platforms does A3 Tunes distribute to?
Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Amazon Music, JioSaavn, Instagram, Facebook, and all top global platforms.
Is there a refund policy?
All payments are made with the user's consent based on selected plans. Hence, no refund is applicable once a payment is processed. Please refer to Terms and Conditions for more details.
Does A3 Tunes support regional music?
Absolutely. We proudly support Indian languages and genres — from Tamil folk to Assamese rap.
Who owns the music I upload?
You do. A3 Tunes only acts as a distributor and never takes ownership of your content.
Is AI-generated content allowed?
We do not support fully AI-generated tracks. If your content includes AI elements, you must declare the human creative involvement and ensure proper rights are in place.
What are "Drafts," "Submitted," and "Rejected" under releases?
• Drafts: Releases not yet submitted
• Submitted: Under validation or already live
• Rejected: Content that failed validation — reason will be mentioned

Music Upload & Release
How do I upload a track or album?
After logging in to app.a3tunes.com, click on Create Release → follow the guided steps to upload audio, artwork, and metadata.
What audio and artwork formats are accepted?
Audio: WAV or FLAC (16-bit/44.1kHz or better)
Artwork: JPG/PNG, minimum 3000x3000 pixels
Can I edit a release after submitting?
Only before final submission. Post submission, edits can only be made upon request to support.
How long does validation take?
Content is usually validated and sent to platforms within 3–7 business days, provided it meets all guidelines.
Royalties & Insights
How do I view my earnings?
Go to the ROYALTIES tab on your dashboard. You'll see your current royalty balance and can filter earnings by platform, period, or territory.
When can I withdraw my royalty balance?
Withdrawals can be requested once your balance reaches $50 USD.
What is the revenue share model?
Artists on A3 Tunes retain 100% of net royalties, after deduction of platform commissions and convenience charges (charged by platform partners and third parties). Detailed breakdown is available in your distribution agreement.
Tracking & Analytics
How can I track my song's performance?
Use the INSIGHTS tab to view:
• Top Stores
• Top Territories (global map)
• Top Devices used by your listeners
Can I download reports?
Export/download features are available for financial summaries and detailed reports only for Professional Users. If you need these facilities please upgrade your Startup Plan to Professional Plan.
Account Settings
How do I upgrade or renew my plan?
Navigate to Account Settings → Plans and select the upgrade or renewal option.
Can I update my payment or bank details?
Yes, under Account Settings > Payment Info.
