Can I update my payment or bank details?

Yes, under Account Settings > Payment Info.

How do I upgrade or renew my plan?

Navigate to Account Settings → Plans and select the upgrade or renewal option.

Can I download reports?

Export/download features are available for financial summaries and detailed reports only for Professional Users. If you need these facilities please upgrade your Startup Plan to Professional Plan.

How can I track my song’s performance?

Use the INSIGHTS tab to view:\n• Top Stores\n• Top Territories (global map)\n• Top Devices used by your listeners
Artists on A3 Tunes retain 100% of net royalties, after deduction of platform commissions and convenience charges (charged by platform partners and third parties). Detailed breakdown is available in your distribution agreement.

Withdrawals can be requested once your balance reaches $50 USD.

Go to the ROYALTIES tab on your dashboard. You’ll see your current royalty balance and can filter earnings by platform, period, or territory.
Content is usually validated and sent to platforms within 3–7 business days, provided it meets all guidelines.
Only before final submission. Post submission, edits can only be made upon request to support.

After logging in to app.a3tunes.com, click on Create Release → follow the guided steps to upload audio, artwork, and metadata.

Drafts – Releases that you’ve started creating but haven’t yet sent for review. You can still edit the metadata, artwork, or audio files in this stage.

Submitted – Releases that you’ve completed and sent to A3 Tunes for review and delivery to digital stores/streaming platforms. At this stage, no further edits can be made unless you withdraw the submission.

Rejected – Releases that did not meet the required guidelines (e.g., incorrect metadata, invalid artwork, audio issues, or copyright concerns). You will need to fix the issues and resubmit the release for approval.

We do not support fully AI-generated tracks. If your content includes AI elements, you must declare the human creative involvement and ensure proper rights are in place.
You do. A3 Tunes only acts as a distributor and never takes ownership of your content.
